3 Course Goodness //  No.1

The food was define! full of flavours and colour with everything having its own unique taste. If I could, I’d give them a michelin star for not only the quality but the presentation – absolutely amazing, not to mention wonderfully photogenic.

Please see Best Birthday Bits // The Peak District Pt.2 post for second 3 course goodness

Breakfast was a delight! And the best start to an epic walk

Being well fed at the Samuel Fox Country Inn ensured we only needed a light lunch to keep us going  – as soon as I saw pork pie for £3.50, I knew he was sold! More stodgy than light but y’know, balanced it out with a green tea

After a lovely, flavoursome 3 course meal at Samuel Fox Country Inn I was surprised by a birthday plate of chocolate goodness ….

PLAYING

I initially set off in my Nike free runs –  we quickly got back in the car and drove to pick up some new walking boots. I knew I needed to invest in some good walking boots and hopefully these bad boys will take me along the PCT (no.1 on my bucket list!) If you don’t know what the PCT is, read/watch Wild.
