Quick and easy smoothie recipes

All you need for:

 Not Very Berry 

Handful of spinach

One banana

Handful of frozen mixed berries

2 table spoons of full fat natural bio yogurt

1/8 cucumber

Its called not very berry as the cucumber is the most prominent ingredient in terms of taste, making the smoothie less fruity and more veggie – great for a morning kick or as a mid afternoon pick me up
