Bedroom Revamp

I wrote and did this a couple of months ago…

With spring just around the corner – although it doesn’t feel the way right now as the beast from the east attacks Yorkshire with heavy snow, however the time of year is  perfect for a bedroom revamp.

I have always loved vintage, shabby chic interior – I’ve had my room styled this way throughout high school, college and uni, so there was a definite need for a change. Now I’ve gone more retro and exotic – incorporating greens and blues, which is something I have never done.

Bedding: £7.99 Aldi

Pink Rug: £15 Aldi

Marble Sticky Back Plastic: £2.50 Wilko

50s Mirror: £5 secondhand shop

Ice cube Lamp: £13

Oxford blue paint: Dulux £22

The poster on my door that I had for 6 years lasted 2 mins when my youngest nephew casually ripped it off
