Crunchy Veggie Pasta With Aldi

All you will need:

1 Courgette or Zucchini 

Approx 5 Asparagus 

Parmasan cheese

 1 Onion

Half Red Pepper 

1 Tin chopped tomatoes



Fresh Basil

Chilli Powder 

Olive oil (or any desired cooking oil) 

How To Make:

1. Chop all the veg 

Fry the onions with the olive oil, garlic basil and chilli powder 

Once slightly brown, add the chopped courgette (fry for aprox 10-15 mins) 

Add asparagus and red peppers and fry for a further 5 mins (stirring constantly) 

Add more chilli powder if desired 

Add chopped tomatoes and leave to simmer 

Cook the pasta for 12 minutes (depending on type) For real ardent cook for 10 then add into the mix 

Sprinkle with parmesan 

Feel free to wash down with a glass of chianti for an extra special taste
