Cheesy Pasta Bake

The first time I have ever used an American style oven and it worked! WOOP WOOP to that! I didn’t know what broil was initally and for anyone else who doesn’t know; it’s the same as grill. Which is how I finish the dish when I make pasta bake as I want it to be crispy and dry on the top while staying juicy under the cheesy top.

This dish could easily be veggie, just replace the chicken with peppers and onions! 

You will need:


Chopped tomatoes



1 Aubergiene 

1 Courgette 

1 Tomatoe 

2 Chicken breasts


Chop, fry, boil and cook all the ingredients as you would;

Pasta al dente style for 8 mins

Fry the chicken with the garlic and courgette

Grill/broil the aubergine (sprinkle with salt to absorb the water until soft and brown

Add the tomatoes

Mix all the ingredents together and put under the grill for 10 minutes

Sprinkle with cheese and put under grill for 5 mins

Add pepper and serve
