31/12/18 A party at my friends awaits. A casual event where tracksuits are probs the main atier. However! I still wish to get glammed up (on my face at least)

I’d been crying the night before (as you do) so my eyes are slightly puffy!

TIP FOR SWOLLEN EYES OR FACE – Try anything cold, spoons in the freezer, then placed on your closed lids to relieve tension a splash of cold water all over your face works too

First I brush and gel my brows (using Benefit Gimmie brow gel) – when you do your eyebrows first- you avoid any clumps of foundation or powders. I then cover my lids in concealer and top with Urban Decay Primer Potion (do wait for this to dry or it will make your eyes patchy!)

Adding white eyeliner to tired red eyes can transform your features significantly – I highly recommend; Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eyeliner

If like me; you sweat and get red easily on your cheeks- concealing with Laroc contour palette brightens those rosy reds all night

I absolutely adore Supercat liquid eyeliner by S&G – It glides on lovely and is easy to control – I have tried Lancôme, Clinque and Eyeko in the past. However, I’d chose S&G any day – and if you want even cheaper – Collection 2000 do a great eyeliner too. I complete this S&G craze with S&G Thick And Fast mascara.

After my eyes–concealer and foundation is on (see I do some things in a conventional order) I use Benefit Hoola Contour Stick (it’s so tiny as it came as a free sample with Elle UK mag) AND I AM IN LOVE! It is so smooth and doesn’t cause a slight bit of patchy-ness, as apposed to powder bronzer on my skin. I highlight using wet n wild mega glow highlighting powder in iridescent silver shimmer.
