Vegan Indian Curry Recipe

You Will Need:

2 Tbsp Curry Powder (I use medium strength)

Fresh chillies (green and red)

Tomato purée

Coconut milk



Chick peas


Rice and salad to serve

(Gluten free Pitta bread and falafel optional)

Chop carrots and add both carrots and chickpeas to an oven proof dish along with the garlic, chillies, curry powder, coconut milk and tomato purée

COOK FOR AN HOUR AT 180C (fan assisted)
